In 2001, editor Marty Baron (Liev Schreiber) of The Boston Globe assigns a team of journalists to investigate allegations against John Geoghan, an unfrocked priest accused of molesting more than 80 boys. Led by editor Walter “Robby” Robinson (Michael Keaton), reporters Michael Rezendes (Mark Ruffalo), Matt Carroll (Brian d’Arcy James) and Sacha Pfeiffer (Rachel McAdams) interview victims and try to unseal sensitive documents. The reporters make it their mission to provide proof of a cover-up of sexual abuse within the Roman Catholic Church.
Recently, one of my friends told me about the Youtube channel called Cracked (you probably have heard of it). They have many videos on their channel about a lot of different things. They also have video series about a lot of different things but this post will focus on one of their series, After Hours, which is a bunch of people who meet up in different places (as far as I’ve seen and I haven’t seen them all) discussing and debating things. I found their discussions/debates about movie stuff to be very interesting and enlightening. So much so that I’ve put a few of the videos (there’s a lot more) below:
