One For the Kids

I personally like all types of movies as long as they have a decent story and decent acting. They don’t always need to have actions, explosions, or other fantastic special effects for me to enjoy them. That’s why I like kids movies as they provide a much worthy escape and bring me back to my own childhood. The animation used in movies these days have never been better and their stories aren’t always just for kids as some resonate in adults as well. Below are a few examples which you may or may not know about and which I am looking forward to.

Trolls

Lovable and friendly the trolls love to play around but one day a mysterious giant shows up to end the party. Trolls releases November 4th, 2016.

If you haven’t guessed already, this is a movie about Storks. More specifically, these storks deliver packages for giant cornerstore.com. When Junior, the company’s top delivery stork, is about to be promoted when he accidentally activates the Baby Making Machine, producing an adorable and wholly unauthorized baby girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble before the boss gets wise, Junior and his friend Tulip, the only human on Stork Mountain, race to make their first ever baby drop. Storks releases September 23rd, 2016.

Zootopia

In a city of civilized animals, a con artist fox and a rookie bunny cop must come together in order to uncover a conspiracy. Zootopia releases March 4th, 2016.

Nine Lives

Kevin Spacey is a cat. Nine Lives releases August 5th, 2016.

The Secret Life of Pets

Max’s life as a favorite pet is turned upside down, when his owner brings home a sloppy mongrel named Duke. They now must put their quarrels behind them when they find out that an adorable white bunny named Snowball is building an army of abandoned pets determined to take revenge on all happy-owned pets and their owners.
