Bacon Just Makes Everything Better

The title is pretty obvious but it simply just does. It probably isn’t doing me too many favors health-wise but it just makes a lot of things taste better. I personally try to add it in as many things as possible. My life soon changed a week ago when I came across a video of this bacon recipe on Facebook:

It seems so simple, I don’t know why I never thought of it. Bacon-wrapped pizza. Hello? After seeing it, I just had to make it for myself. So I did.

First I needed some pizza and some bacon. I got a pepperoni pizza this time and I used a pack of bacon I happened to have.

I waited for my pizza to unthaw and then I rolled it up like this.

Then I took my bacon and wrapped it around my pizza like so and then sprinkled the cheese that fell off while rolling on top.

Then I put it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and then I broiled the top until the bacon got crispy and in the end, it looked like this. I think I got it pretty close to the recipe from the video if I say so myself.

I cut it in half, ate that, and the rest is history.

This is just one of many examples in which bacon makes something better but rest assured, while I am still alive, I will continue to add bacon to things in order to make them better. I will admit that in the past, I’ve wrapped several slices of bacon around homemade hamburger patties, solely so they won’t stick to my George Foreman grill, I swear. If you look under the mac and cheese, you can find some next to my chocolate milk.

If I make anything else interesting, I’ll be sure to share it here.
