I remember Windows 95 from when I was younger, not necessarily when it first came out because I was 5 after all but not that much later. It seemed perfectly normal to me at the time. It was slow, it made noise, but I was still patient with it. I must have been hard for me to wrap my head around the idea that they could be even faster than that. I still thought it was pretty fast already. The operating system itself looks pretty similar to what we have today with the same general features, albeit less advanced. I still had some good times, playing games and surfing what the internet was at the time which consisted of waiting 5 minutes for things to load. When I came across some videos where teens from today got to experience older computers running Windows 95. Their reactions left me a little dumfounded and just made me feel old. Maybe they’ll make you feel old too.
