The modding capabilities of open-world, PC games which includes Fallout 4, and also the Fallout series, are endless. This has allowed very creative people to make some pretty imaginative things. Considering when the original trailer was released, it is simply amazing how quickly this was done. The game admittedly has limitations but I still thought it was very well done.
