Yoga Hosers

After watching the trailer, I have no idea what’s going on here since everything is just so weird but I don’t care. At least I know it takes place in Canada, more specifically Winnipeg. They definitely took this whole Canadian-ness a little too far but that’s okay. I’ll forgive the obvious non-Canadians here trying to do the accent. The synopsis here is: “Two teenage yoga enthusiasts team up with a legendary man-hunter to battle with an ancient evil presence that is threatening their major party plans”. It does boast a great cast featuring the likes of Johnny Depp, Justin Long, Tony Hale, and Stan Lee. Well it might be too “out there” for some but I have no problem. Yoga Hosers releases July 29th, 2016.

The Legend of Tarzan

If you would like to watch any other trailers for The Legend of Tarzan, click here. This is probably the longest trailer we’ve seen so far. This one was served mostly as an extended version of the trailers we’ve seen before while also offering a little more. It was nice to get to see a little more of everything including a little more of Samuel L. Jackson’s George Washington Williams. This definitely looks cool and has a great cast featuring Christoph Waltz who is just the perfect villain. I will say that I’m not yet sure about Alexander Skarsgård as Tarzan, he definitely looks the part but he hasn’t really said anything yet. We don’t have that much longer to wait with The Legend of Tarzan releasing July 1st, 2016.

If you would like to ready any other past posts relating to the new Ghostbusters movie, click here. Everybody knows about all the controversy involving this movie. I understand why certain people feel the way they do but I myself do not feel the same. I’m a big fan of the four women that appear here and I would watch them in anything, even a Ghostbusters movie. This shorter Japanese trailer is very similar to trailers that we’ve seen in the past but this one offers a lot more material that we haven’t seen yet. Don’t be surprised by the end. Ghostbusters releases July 15th, 2016.

Vigilante Diaries

If you’re a fan of cheesy 90s action movies then this one may be for you. This is more for those who want to turn their minds off and let themselves be dazzled. Let’s be honest, after the action, there’s not really much else here. Sometimes that’s enough since not all movies can be big thinkers. The synopsis here is that “[it] is a high octane action-adventure film featuring 90’s movie heroes, explosive action, and international espionage. The film revolves around a team of black-ops agents turned crime-fighters, led by a brooding anti-hero, known only as “The Vigilante””. This just feels like something I would watch one afternoon on TV if I was bored. Vigilante Diaries releases June 24th, 2016.
