Over the last few years, Jessica Chastain has become one of my most favorite actresses. Ever since I saw here in Zero Dark Thirty, I was a fan. The recent Huntsman: Winter’s War was definitely a recent low point for her. She is looking to turn things around in Miss Sloane where she plays Elizabeth Sloane, an ambitious lobbyist who faces off against the powerful gun lobby in an attempt to pass gun control legislation. She looks to be another strong, independant female character and I am looking forward to seeing her take on the establishment. I’ll take any excuse just to see Sam Waterston again. Miss Sloane releases December 9th, 2016.
