So I’ve been to TIFF for the first time this year, I’ve reviewed each movie I saw and I even ranked them but let’s now go back to the beginning to talk about my experience from my first ever film festival.
The famed video game heroine is back. After a pair of okay films starring Angelina Jolie as the Tomb Raider, Lara Croft, Alicia Vikander now takes the reigns in this new addition aptly named Tomb Raider. Now in terms of Tomb Raider movies, this one does not look all that different from the previous ones but Vikander definitely looks more the part, especially compared to the recent video game series. Vikander is a great actress so I am curious to see what she does with the part. At least she cannot be worse than Jolie was. We still have quite a way to go as Tomb Raider releases March 16th, 2018.
