Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is an unstoppable train, beating this week’s new releases 12 Strong (#2), Den of Thieves (#3), and Forever My Girl which finished in 10th place, releasing on just over 1,000 screens. One would think next week’s Maze Runner: The Death Cure may challenge Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle for the top spot but we’ll just have to wait and see.
