Take flight with the latest Top Gun: Maverick trailer, provoking yet again that Tom Cruise has still got it.
There might not be a better movie moment in 2020 then when “Danger Zone” drops in the follow-up to the 80s classic Top Gun. Simply put, this looks fantastic.
Could this actually be the most handsome movie ever made? Cruise, Jon Hamm, Ed Harris, Miles Teller, Glen Powell, that is an insane amount of handsome firepower. They all have big shoes to fill of course, and their acting power on display here is a truly feat of its own.
The plot is under wraps but Top Gun: Maverick is back and it seems like Maverick is now a teacher at a Top Gun Academy and one of his new pupils is none other than his former best friend Goose’s son. So expect some fireworks between them. Nowadays a lot of Hollywood sequels seem unnecessary, but this one, this one right here, seems to be coming along at the perfect time.
