Now just a few days away from the announcement of the nominations for the upcoming 95th Academy Awards nominations, read as I have compiled my final predictions in every single category. The past few weeks have been incredibly eventful within the world of film, as the precursor awards and critics circles have completely changed the tides of awards season, making this season one of the most unpredictable years in recent memory as an awards pundit. Usually, I feel fairly confident about my predictions at around this time, but this year, each category has an abundance of possible contenders thus making it difficult to narrow potential nominees down to 5 (or 10 in the case of Best Picture) nominees. With the recent Golden Globes and Critics Choice award ceremonies, as well as the announcement of guild nominees, it’s finally time to unveil my final Oscar predictions. Without further ado, let’s dive in.
