But as the line between friend and fan blurs beyond recognition, access and proximity become a matter of life and death. LURKER stars Canadian actor Théodore Pellerin (Becoming Karl Lagerfeld, Franklin, Beau is Afraid), Archie Madekwe (Saltburn, Midsommar), and is the directorial debut from The Bear and Beef writer-producer Alex Russell. The film had its Canadian premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival in 2025.

FAMILIAR TOUCH is director Sarah Friedland’s debut feature film. The film premiered at Venice Film Festival in 2024, where Friedland won the Orizzonti Award for Best Director.
