Hawco Productions releases new key art and trailer alongside the CBC announcement of the season two premiere date of CBC original series SAINT-PIERRE (12 x 60). The series will premiere on CBC TV and CBC Gem on Monday January 5th, 2026 and this season will include two more episodes than in its first season. Each Monday, episodes will be available to stream for free on CBC Gem starting at 9 a.m. ET, and air Monday nights at 9 p.m. (9:30 NT) on CBC TV. The police procedural filmed its second season this past year on location in Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, France, and St. John’s Newfoundland. It is produced by Hawco Productions for CBC and CBC Gem in association with global film and TV studio FIFTH SEASON, which handles global distribution.

Throughout its first season, SAINT-PIERRE was CBC’s #1 most-watched new series of the year and one of the top Canadian drama series nationwide.* The first season is currently available to stream for free on CBC Gem.

SAINT-PIERRE is the creation of Allan Hawco, Robina Lord-Stafford and Perry Chafe, with Hawco and Lord-Stafford as Showrunners. French star Josephine Jobert (Death in Paradise) and Canadian star Allan Hawco (Republic of Doyle, Caught, Jack Ryan) lead the cast playing Arch and Fitz, with James Purefoy (Rome, Sex Education, The Following), Benz Antoine (Four Brothers, Get Rich or Die Tryin’), Erika Prevost (The Boys, Dare Me) and Jean-Michel Le Gal (Paris Paris, Accused) rounding out the stellar team.

SEASON 2 SYNOPSIS: As if by fate, two seasoned yet entirely different police officers – Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Inspector Donald Fitzpatrick (Fitz), and Parisian Deputy Chief Geneviève Archambault (Arch) – are forced together to solve exciting cases in the French islands of Saint-Pierre et Miquelon. Initially at odds and suspicious of each other, Arch and Fitz soon discover that they are great at cracking the intriguing and often bizarre crimes that wash up on the islands’ beautiful North Atlantic shores.

Season Two opens with Arch and Fitz dealing with the fallout from Season One’s graveyard shootout, but they have little time to reflect before being thrown into an edge-of-your-seat twisted case. With a new friendship forged through their professional success and sharing of personal secrets, Arch and Fitz grow even closer. As they investigate a potential serial killer on the loose, and a host of new criminals and unique villainy with specific ties to their jurisdiction, Arch and Fitz will rely on each other and their formidable team to protect Saint-Pierre.

SAINT-PIERRE is executive produced by Janine Squires, Erin Sullivan, Robina Lord-Stafford, John Vatcher and Allan Hawco.
