Vikings Season 4 Episode 14: In the Uncertain Hour Before the Morning Review

Enemies confront each other and a major death occurs in this episode, entitled “In the Uncertain Hour Before the Morning”. It didn’t have too much action to the episode (besides Bjorn’s storyline), but it didn’t need to have battles and violence, presenting a very dramatic and emotional episode that was just as powerful as a battlefield with Viking warriors with swords, shields, and axes in hand.

Vikings Season 4 Episode 13: Two Journeys Review

Decisions, deals, and betrayals are the three main beats of episode 13 of Vikings Season 4. This episode, titled as “Two Journeys”, is a much improvement on the previous two episodes of the second half of season 4 with plenty of surprised moments, some “Viking” style action, and (by the time the episode ends) leaves you wanting more, which is a good thing.

Vikings Season 4 Episode 12: The Vision Review

While the last episode, saw the return of Ragnar Lothbrok and his apology/farewell tour to several main characters as well as establishing the four grown-up children of Ragnar and Aslaug, this week’s episode was about preparation and departure, with several characters leaving Kattegat to follow their own narrative threads. There were some great character moments, but still not action and still no storylines picked up in Wessex (King Ecbert) and Paris (Rollo) in this episode.
